Bots created by Guardian LLC are free to use by the users of Telegram to aid in the protection, and preservation of their communities.
The mission of Guardian LLC, and the bots we manage, are to ensure the safety and privacy of communities and users whose elect to utilize our services, and we proudly stand by that mission.
Through the course of development, and troubleshooting of our services, and expressly at the request of group or channel staff, Guardian LLC staff may come into contact with user data, or group or channel data.
Any data that Guardian LLC Staff encounters will be expressly used for the purpose of troubleshooting and debugging, and only related to the request of the staff of a group or channel.
Guardian LLC Staff takes a hands-off approach with regard to how users choose to use any bots managed by Guardian LLC.
The Staff of Guardian LLC do not have any interest in the subject matter of users group(s) or channel(s) or details regarding users group(s) or channel(s) or the manner in which Guardian LLC bots are used.
Any group or channel data the Staff of Guardian LLC may encounter is disregarded, and never shared outside Guardian LLC, under any circumstances.
Bots managed by Guardian LLC do not log group or channel messages or content. Private messages, or commands sent to the bot are not logged.
Guardian LLC Staff do not, and cannot monitor the messages, or content of any groups or channels Guardian LLC bots are added to.Guardian LLC Staff views the logging of group or channel messages to be a violation of trust, privacy and an abuse of our privledge to help you protect your communites, and it is the promise of Guardian LLC that we will never perform such actions.
It is the oppinion of Guardian LLC Staff that any groups or channels you make, the purpose you make them for, who is added to them, the manner in which you manage them, and the content posted in them, is not Guardian LLC's business. Do what you want in your own groups. We will not get involved.

Any additional bots managed by Guardian LLC that are subject to this policy will be added here.
Details about how data is collected, what data is collected, how data is used, and how data is stored, is described in sub-sections 4.1 to 4.3
Bots that are operated by Guardian LLC do not use any methods outside of the Telegram bot API to collect group data, channel date, or user account data.
The Telegram bot API has many different types of events, and data within those events, and are automatically sent to bot who are in the target group, channel, or private with the bot.
Guardian LLC bots are subscribed to the following updates:message, edited_message, channel_post, edited_channel_post, message_reaction, message_reaction_count, callback_query, poll, poll_answer, my_chat_member, chat_member, and chat_join_request.

Features of Guardian LLC bots contain functions for processing, storing, and organizing data, which includes, but is not limited to Group data, Channel data, User Account data.
Any user data collected by Guardian LLC bots, in the context of Group or Channel moderation tools, such as (/ban, /kick, /mute, /report, /setlog, /info, /resolve, ect is kept within the Group or Channel's moderation staff. Guardian LLC Bots will provide messages containing group, channel or user account information. Group or Channel, users or staff may be able to copy, download, screenshot or forward this data outside the group or channel staff's posession and control to another group, channel, user, or bot.
Guardian LLC cannot be held liable for users who share data with others on or outside of the Telegram platform.
Specific features of Guardian LLC bots that handle group, channel or user account data include, but are not limited to:

• Watch List
• Ban/Member List Exporting
• Warning System
• Join Request System
• Coalitions
These features and tools process group, channel, user account data, and have the functions to provide messages to the staff of that group or channel.
Group, channel, or user account data collected in the context of any one specific group or channel, is never shared outside of that group or channel by Guardian LLC bots.
User account data such as account id, name, surname, username, bio, language, profile pictures and the date of the last update of this data in our database are collected by Guardian LLC bots.
Group or Channel data refers to any data that can be used to uniquely identify a group or channel on the Telegram platform.
Group or Channel data such as chat id, title, description, username, join link (if enabled), language, group photos, admin list, ban list, member list, group configuration are collected by Guardian LLC bots.
Bots managed by Guardian LLC have many tools and features offered to aid Group and Channel admins in their moderation efforts. Any data collected as a result of the use of the afformentioned tools or features, or any moderation action will never be shared to other users, groups, channels or bots for any reason. The admins of any Group or Channel managed by Guardian LLC bots, may, at their discression, share data provided by tools and features through any Guardian LLC bots.
Guardian LLC cannot be held liable for users who share data with others on or outside of the Telegram platform.
Users may request their data from Guardian LLC staff at any time, and for any reason. Users may also request to have their data removed at any time.
Under no circumstances will Guardian LLC provide user, group or channel information that they do not own. Guardian LLC will reject requests for data of user accounts, groups or channels owned by another user. Please do not ask.
Any group or channel data collected remains stored till the Guardian LLC bot(s) are removed from the Group(s) or Channel(s)
Any user account data collected remains stored till the user requests the removal of the specified data.
• You have the right to request a copy of your data. This request is limited to once per 7 days.
• You have the right to request Guardian LLC to delete your data. Some data, however is fundamental for management of telegram groups and may not be available for deletion in case-by-case situations.
You cannot request the deletion of your account data if you are an active member of a group or channel with a Guardian LLC bot, as user account data is considered fundamental to the service provided by Guardian LLC bots.
Once your data removal request is fufilled, your are still subject to the data being collected again, if you join a Guardian LLC managed group, or contact a Guardian LLC bot.

It is each user's responsibility to review this Policy before interacting with any bots operated by Guardian LLC or participating in any group, channel whose management has elected to utilize the services provided by Guardian LLC.
